LinkedIn job listings you can create and manage for your practice.
There are two job listing options: free and promoted.

- You can have one free LinkedIn job listing at a time.
- The free job listing allows you to enter the job title, company name, workplace type (in-person or remote), job location (city or metro area), employment type (full-time or part-time), job description, and desired skills. You can also customize applicant screening questions and set up an automatic rejection email if an applicant does not have your desired skills.
- Once created, free job listings will appear lower on the search results below promoted job listings.
- Once the free job listing receives 75 applications, it will be paused and will stop appearing in the search results.
Promoted Job Listings
- Once you have published a free job listing, you have the option to sponsor it.
- Promoted job listings are set up similarly to LinkedIn ads/sponsored posts under a pay-per-click model.
- When setting up a promoted job listing, you will be prompted to select your daily budget. LinkedIn will automatically generate a suggested daily budget based on your industry, job title, location, and competitors.
- Once you have determined a daily/total budget for your sponsored listing, you will be prompted to select a payment method. If you already have a payment method on file, you can select this card. If not, LinkedIn will allow you to add a new card.
- Once published, promoted listings will appear towards the top of search results.
- Promoted listings also appear on potential candidates’ LinkedIn feeds and on their “Jobs You Might Like” tab.
- When a candidate who matches your desired qualifications applies to your promoted listing, you will be notified.
- Promoted job listings typically receive 3x more applications than free listings.
- There is no limit on the number of promoted job listings you can have at a time.
